New Second Team season kicks off

Tomorrow at 4pm the Second Team and their coach Paolo Nicolato will meet at the Bottagisio ground for the official start of their season.

The Gialloblù will start work after the summer break ahead of what looks like a hard championship campaign: ChievoVerona have been drawn in Group B alongside Atalanta, Bologna, Brescia, Cesena, Cittadella, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Modena, Padova, Sassuolo, Udinese, Varese and Verona.

The coach told www.chievoverona.tv: "The list of players available isn't complete but that isn't stopping us from starting off as enthusiastically as always and hoping that this team will be able to follow in the footsteps of its forerunners." In the last few championships the Gialloblù have had excellent results and earned their rightful place among the best teams nationally at their level.
