Disabled fans

AC Chievo Verona has introduced a booking system for places reserved for people with disabilities. Booking is obligatory and allows for people in possession of a certificate with 100% disability, mobility problems or who use a wheelchair to watch matches free of charge, along with their carers.

BOOKING

Bookings can be made in three ways:

  1. FAX: Complete the form on this page and send it, together with the copy of the disability certificate and identity documents of the disabled person (and their carer, if there is one), by fax to 045/562298 by 6pm on the Thursday preceding the match (by 6pm on the Monday preceding a Wednesday match);
  2. E-MAIL: Complete the form on this page and send it, together with the copy of the disability certificate and identity documents of the disabled person (and their carer, if there is one), by e-mail to info@chievoverona.it by 6pm on the Thursday preceding the match (by 6pm on the Monday preceding a Wednesday match);
  3. TELEPHONE: Call 045/9818483 only on the Thursday preceding the match (Monday if it is a Wednesday match) from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm.

REQUESTS MADE BEFORE OR AFTER THESE DATES AND TIMES WILL NOT BE GRANTED.

Confirmation will be sent via the same means used to make the request (in the case of applying by telephone, this will be unnecessary). AC ChievoVerona reserves the right to accept requests on a first come, first served basis.

If no answer to the request is received, it should be considered refused due to the unavailability of places.

MATCH DAY

Those allocated places should go to bigoncio n° 6 (from two hours preceding the match up to the kick-off time) in order to collect their tickets and gain access to GATE NUMBER 14 (PARTERRE EST) with copies of their confirmation fax /e-mail, identity document (including that of the carer, if there is one) and disability documentation.
